  • 1. Foxtail Millets – Foxtail millet is a warm season crop that can be grown in arid and semi-arid regions. These millets are rich in calories,and provide energy and strength to the body. It is rich in Vitamin B12, essential for maintaining a healthy heart, smooth functioning of the nervous system, and good for skin and hair growth. Foxtail millet has the highest content of dietary fiber.

  • 2. Kodo Millets–Kodo millet is gluten-free, easy to digest, rich in antioxidants and fibres, and a good source of vitamin B6, niacin, folic acid, and minerals such as calcium, iron, magnesium, and zinc.It helps to hydrate your colon and prevent constipation.
