The Multi Millet Vermicelli is made up of 7 different combination of millets (Finger Millet, Pearl Millet, Kodo Millet, Barnyard Millet, Little Millet, Foxtail Millet, and Sorghum Millet) and free from refined flour making it nutritious and super delicious breakfast option.
1. Rinse and steam cook the Multi Millet Vermicelli for 6-8 minutes.
2. Rinse in cold water, toss it in 1 teaspoon oil and keep it aside.
3. In a pan, heat 1 tablespoon of ghee. Add 1 teaspoon mustard and let it splutter.
4. Add 1 sprig of curry leaves, 1 chopped green chili, 1 chopped big onion and salt to taste. Cook till the onion is translucent.
5. Toss in the prepared vermicelli and serve it hot.
