Lightly
brown the cashews in ghee or coconut oil. Place aside.

Prepare
a paste with water and ragi flour.

Pour
the paste into a deep-bottomed pot, then stir it continually over a medium
flame.

After
3–4 minutes, add the cardamom powder and jaggery or sugar to the mixture.
Ghee is added in 2 tbsp. continue stirring

Reduce
the heat and whisk for an additional 3 to 4 minutes. Slowly, the pasty
mixture will transform into a doughy ball.

Slowly
combine the cashews.
