  • Heat pan and add ghee or oil.
  • Add mustard seeds, urad dal, chana dal, and cashews. Sauté till light brown.
  • Add green chilies, ginger, onions, salt, and cook till onions turn translucent.
  • Pour 3 measures of water for 1 measure of Rava and bring it to a boil.
  • Continuously stir the content while adding Rava to avoid lumps.
  • Cook on low flame for 3-4 minutes.
  • Squeeze fresh lemon juice.
  • Garnish with fresh coriander.
