  1. Heat pan and add ghee or oil.
  2. Add mustard seeds, urad dal, chana dal and cashews. Sauté till light brown.
  3. Add green chilies, ginger, onions, salt and cook till onions turn translucent.
  4. Pour 3 measures of water for 1 measure of Rava and bring it to a boil.
  5. Continuously stir the content while adding Rava to avoid lumps. Cook on low flame for 3-4min.
  6. Squeeze fresh lemon juice. Garnish with fresh coriander. Serve Ho.
